Fifteen Chinese employees of a company Computer Programming and Design Company, registered under Senator Camsek Chin, were cited for labor and immigration violations and possession of gambling devices and gambling records last month at Palau Vacation Hotel in Malakal. 

The employees were detained and cited for Labor and Immigration violations on September 18th and released.  Information about the incident was just recently obtained by the media.

Court record shows 15 individual citations for possession of gambling devises and records but no other charges.

According to information from the Ministry of Justice PIO Jose Ise, Taskforce created to investigate cyber-based activities consisting of officers from Labor, Immigration and Tax, conducted the raid.

Investigation reports from law enforcement have been submitted to Attorney General’s Office pending criminal charges.
