On behalf of the Mayor of Keelong City, Mr. Lin Yu Chang, Ambassador Wallace Chow of the Republic of China (Taiwan) to the Republic of Palau donates 6,000 surgical masks to Ngarchelong State on March 11. Keelong City and Ngarchelong State have become sister cities since 2005 and been very close, Governor Ngiratrang appreciates Mayor Lin’s kindhearted donation and invites Mayor Lin and his team to visit Ngarchelong State once Taiwan-Palau travel bubble is established.
