Applications for the Australian Embassy’s small community grants program are open from 1 July to 15 July 2021.
The Direct Aid Program (DAP) is a flexible small grants program funded by the Australian Government, with grants for Palau managed through the Australian Embassy.
DAP supports projects designed to benefit the whole community. Funding is available to non-government organisations, community groups, religious groups and schools that are engaged in development activities for their organisations.
DAP is able to fund projects that have a direct, practical and immediate impact. The maximum funding available is USD10,000 per project, and the requesting organisation must clearly demonstrate the scope, objectives and rationale of their project. Projects must run for no longer than 12 months.
