Australian government is in the process of opening its Embassy here in Palau revealed Minister Baklai Temengil-Chilton at the press conference on Wednesday.

“They plan to open the Embassy sometime early next year,” reported Minister Chilton.

This week, during the visit of Dr. Sharman Stone, the Ambassador of Women and Girls in Australia to launch the Palau Plan, she was accompanied by Australian charge d’affairs West Knight who is working on preparations for the Australian Embassy opening in Palau.

Palau is currently covered under the Embassy of Australia in the Federated State in Micronesia.  (L.N. Reklai)
