The Belau Triathlon Federation (BTF) is proud to announce the return of Vice President Blossom Narvaez to Palau on Wednesday, October 22, following her participation in the prestigious World Triathlon Congress held in Wollongong, Australia.
Ms. Narvaez represented Palau among global leaders in triathlon development, governance, and athlete support. The Congress brought together national federations, technical experts, and sport advocates to discuss the future of triathlon, with a special focus on inclusivity, grassroots growth, and regional collaboration.
“It was an honor to represent Belau and share our progress and challenges with the international triathlon community,” said Reng. “We’re excited to bring home new ideas and partnerships that will help elevate our athletes and expand opportunities for youth and women in sport.”
Her attendance underscores BTF’s commitment to strengthening Palau’s presence on the global stage and ensuring that local athletes benefit from international best practices and solidarity programs.
The Federation extends its gratitude to the World Triathlon organizers and the Oceania Triathlon Union for their continued support of Pacific nations. BTF looks forward to implementing insights from the Congress into upcoming programs and events, including the 2026 grassroots initiative and regional competitions.
