September 12, 2016 (Koror) Charges of Trafficking a Controlled Substance “ICE” and Possession of a Controlled Substance were brought against Valenzuela Kazuo aka “Ela” Von, by the Attorney General.
Valenzuela “Ela” Von is the common law wife of Mr. Arnold Buck who have pending drug trafficking cases filed against him.

According to police affidavit filed by Officer Lebilau Sebalt, Belau Drug Enforcement Taskforce was informed by Confidential Informant that Ms. Von was selling methamphetamine or “ice”.
On August 9, according to the affidavit, a controlled-buy operation was organized between a Confidential Informant and Ms. Von. The controlled-buy was set up at Ms. Von’s residence driveway. Transaction occurred in a red Lexus registered to Ela Von. Two short straws were obtained from Ms. Von and was field tested positive for methamphetamine or “Ice”.
Ms. Ela Von Kazuo was arraigned on September 14. Her cash bail of $1,000 was posted on the same day and she is released awaiting trial. [/restrict]
