To celebrate the 109th birthday of the Republic of China (Taiwan), Ambassador Wallace Chow led a group of Taiwanese divers to have a celebration diving event in the water of Blue Corner and German Channel on October 10th, last Saturday.
Both the national flags of ROC (Taiwan) and Palau were flown in the water and unexpectedly accompanied by a Napoleon wrasse and other beautiful marine lives. Together they wish Taiwan and Palau every success in the year to come and the lasting friendship between two brotherly countries.
