Adeeshia “Imade” Tellei joined the Palau International Coral Reef Center (PICRC) on May 10, 2021, as an Executive Coordinator. Ms. Tellei works in the office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to support and coordinate PICRC’s management and administrative functions. As an Executive Coordinator, Ms. Tellei will report directly to the CEO of PICRC.
Ms. Tellei has a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy from Ming Chuan University in Taiwan. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy. Before finishing her studies, she interned at the Ministry of State under the Palau National Scholarship Board Palau Fellowship Award (PNSB PFA) during the summer of 2018 and 2019.
Ms. Tellei is from Ngeremlengui and is keenly interested in international news, planning events, cultures, food, fishing as well as protecting the environment. “I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the PICRC family and I look forward to learning more about the organization, and its efforts in the conservation of marine resource,” stated Imade.
With her educational background and interests, she is a great addition to PICRC and its administration team.
