A dog with serious injuries has been spotted near the Shell Patrol station on the Babelthuap Island-side of the Japan-Palau Friendship Bridge. The stray dog, who has serious body injuries including deep cuts and bite marks, has been seen lingering peacefully near the much-frequented petrol station.  It is unknown what caused the injuries. It is believed that if members of the public do not come to the dog`s aid, the animal may die within days. (Colin Cortbus)
