Forgotten Love, the movie

Intuition: a natural ability or power that makes it possible to know something without any proof or evidence: a feeling that guides a person to act a certain way without fully understanding why. (Britannica Dictionary).

The least of things with a meaning is worth more in life than the greatest of things without it.  Carl Jung

Many studies tell us that intuition is a very real process where the brain makes use of past experiences, along with internal cues and internal signals from environment to make our decision. It happens so quickly that it doesn’t register with our conscious mind.

In our culture intuition is sound. We say, “Ng dimla rengii ra bedengek.”

I watched the film “Forgotten Love” the other night. I liked it. It’s a film about “A once respected surgeon who has lost his family and his memory gets a chance at redemption when he reconnects with someone from his forgotten past who can help him finds the answers he needs.

Great storyline about the power of gut feeling. He performed craniotomy, a brain surgery, without knowing how he knew. Someone said that intuition is the whisper of the soul. Sounds amazing, don’t you think.?!

I was intrigued so I watched it again in case I missed something.

Amnesia made him wander in

search of the unknown. Without his memory he couldn’t move on with his life.  He looked like a vagrant, but he’s no hobo.

In my experience, gut feelings are God’s “thoughts of peace” to me. Without fanfare, still and small and strong, they come. (Jeremiah 29:11).

The Hebrew word for peace is “shalom” which means COMPLETENESS, SOUNDNESS, WELLNESS, HEALTH and PROSPERITY.

For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness (truth), peace and joy in the Holy Spirit, Romans 14:17

PEACE!
