The new volunteers of the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer (JOCV) program had paid a courtesy visit to Vice President and Minister of Justice Raynold Oilouch on July 12.

Oilouch expressed his appreciation and gratitude towards JOCV and JICA Program, especially to the volunteers who dedicate their time in assisting Palau.

JOCV program includes volunteers from a wide range of fields such as agriculture, forestry, fisheries, education, health, and more than 120 technical fields. (PR)
