Jun3 28, 2017 (Koror, Palau) Governor Midas Ngiracheluolu of Kayangel State proudly presented the new New Holland Backhoe/Loader equipment he procured for his State with generous assistance of Japan government’s Grassroots development program fund.

“This will be used by the State for various projects including removing fallen coconut trees, clearing overgrown trees and providing access to people’s properties as well as other small projects in the State,” stated Governor.
“On behalf of the people of Kayangel, I would thank His Excellency Ambassor Toshiyuki Yamada and the government and people of Japan for their generous assistance to the people of Kayangel,” expressed Governor Ngiracheluolu.
