Palau Swimming Association is excited to announce the start of the next session of swim lessons, kicking off on Tuesday, August 16th. Lessons will run for a total of seven weeks and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday, from 3pm to 5pm at the National Pool in Meyuns.

The program is directed by head coach Billy Brown (currently in Rio coaching Palau’s Olympic swimmers) and instructed by Assistant Coaches Jimmy Jonas and Nicolle Fagan, along with volunteers from the community.

Three levels of lessons — beginner, intermediate and advanced — are available for kids ages 5 and up. Registration will take place on the first day of lessons, Tuesday, August 16th at 3pm. Cost for the camp is $10 for Palau Swimming Association members and $25 for non-members, and, thanks to the support of the Government of India, scholarships are available for those needing financial assistance.

We welcome and encourage everyone to sign their kids up for this program. It’s a great way to strengthen your child’s swimming skills, while giving them an opportunity to meet new friends and have a fun time at the pool! [/restrict]
