A 25-year-old Ordot man, who was reportedly standing on the seat of a motorcycle he was driving on Route 16, also was found with guns and drugs on him, according to police.
Guam Police Department officers patrolling Route 16 Thursday night saw the motorcyclist, later identified as Manny Sablan Murciano Jr., standing on his seat while traveling northbound near the underpass, said Capt. Kim Santos, spokeswoman for GPD.
Court documents state Murciano lifted his arms into the air.
When police tried to pull Murciano over, he refused and fled, police said. Murciano also was allegedly weaving in and out of traffic before he hit a car stopped in the median lane, court documents state.

Murciano had a backpack that contained two guns and several small plastic bags containing suspected methamphetamine, a scale and $290. Both guns were loaded with ammunition.
He was taken to Guam Regional Medical City hospital in Dededo for his injuries and returned to police custody, Santos said.
