The Ministry of Health (MOH) will conduct an outreach clinic that focuses on family medicine in collaboration with the Shin Kong Wu-Ho Su Memorial Hospital (SKH) of the Republic of China—Taiwan.
Family medicine is a medical specialty that focuses on comprehensive health care for an individual or family. It includes general medical practices that cover biological, clinical, and behavioral assessment for all ages and sexes.
The outreach clinic will offer health screenings for lipid levels, sugar, and blood pressure. The SKH Family Medicine Outreach Clinic will be conducted over a six-week period beginning August 20, 2018 to September 28, 2018. Please refer to the outreach clinic schedule provided.
The public is advised to avoid food or liquid intake eight hours prior to the clinic.
