The Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in Palau takes great pleasure in announcing that, with the help from the Ministry of Education (MOE) of Palau, a seasoned mandarin teacher, Ms. Wei-ju Hsueh, will be teaching in Palau High School (PHS) in 2017.

Receiving her bachelor education in Teaching Chinese as a Second Language in Chung Yuan Christian University in Taiwan and then master degree in Linguistics in University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Ms. Hsueh has taught mandarin in Concordia College in Minnesota, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Beloit College in Wisconsin, Morehouse College in Georgia, U.S.A., followed by Australian National University.
