Office of the Registrar listed over 560 entities with corporate charters including corporations, partnerships and associations that are in danger of getting their corporate charters dissolved due to non-filing or not having filed required Annual Reports for the last two years.

The list printed in this publication show sports associations, youth clubs , civil society associations, chartered traditional men and women’s groups, religious groups as well as large number of incorporated businesses.

Some on the list clearly have not been in operation for decades but many others are still in operations.

The notice from the Office of the Attorney General says each corporation, partnership or association have until July 31, 2020 to file the required report.  Failure to file by this date will result in involuntary dissolution of the corporation, partnership or association. (By: L.N. Reklai)
