Originally from Albania, Fatjon joined the Palau Supreme Court from the University of Amsterdam, where he is a PhD candidate in Law and Economics, exploring topics of sustainable corporate governance and corporate purpose.
In addition, Fatjon holds a Bachelor of Arts (Pre-Law, Philosophy, Economics) and a Master of Arts (Financial Economics) degree from The City College of New York – CUNY, and a Juris Doctor degree from University of Minnesota Law School. During law school, Fatjon served as an Articles Editor for the Minnesota Journal of International Law and a Student Managing Editor for Constitutional Commentary, was a quarterfinalist for the William McGee Civil Rights Moot Court Competition, and was a Student Attorney for the Consumer Protection Clinic.
Fascinated by history and nature, Fatjon looks forward to exploring Palau, particularly the Koror Islands and Peleliu.
