On Thursday, September 15, 2022, the Minister of Finance Kaleb Udui, Jr. and Interim Director of the Palau Conservation Society (PCS) Sinton Soalablai EdD signed a contract for Pal: Covid 19 Response for the Effected Poor and Vulnerable Groups Project (CS:11- Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant). The M&E firm is to provide the project team with tools to monitor project progress and achievement effectively and to provide evaluations at the mid-term and end of the project with sufficient information to assess the project’s success. The M&E firm will also assist in further economic analysis of the income generation support to small agriculture women cooperatives under Output 2 to feed into monitoring and evaluating this component.
