Palau National Communications Corporation (PNCC) announced there will be an Amnesty Program available to all customers to settle their outstanding account balance from August 1 to October 31.
Under this program, all interest and penalty fees will be waived and customer only pays the principal.
All customers are encouraged to see our Billing Clerks from our offices in Koror or Airai to take advantage of this program and ensure that continuation of PNCC services may not be interrupted. This program will allow the customer an opportunity to make a onetime payment towards the principle or make arrangements for an affordable monthly payment that is reasonable and manageable.
The Amnesty Program will only be available from August 1st to October 31st of this year.
