Palau National Scholarship Board (PNSB) awards the first Masami Siksei Memorial Scholarship.  This is the newest scholarship program that is administered by the PNSB.  The late Mr. Masami Siksei was a strong advocate for education and his family has established this new scholarship as a tribute to him.  There is only one award available in the amount of $5,000.00.

A recipient of this scholarship must major in a priority field, maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, be actively involved in the community and other extra-curricular activities.

Mr. Rdiall Tellei won this school year 2017-2018 Masami Siksei Memorial Scholarship.  Tellei is a freshman studying civil engineering at UH-Manoa who excelled academically and was active in the community.  The wife of the Late Masami Siksei, Mrs. Brengyei Masami and her daughter Sophia Seid and her daughters, Desiree and Millena Seid were present to witness the awarding of this special scholarship as PNSB Member Caroline Skebong awarded the MSMS check to Mr. Rdiall Tellei.
