Responding Officers and learned that the main door entrance was open when the reporter arrived and the he does not know if there were missing items. At 6:32 a.m. on January 1 6, a victim called Central reporting that an unknown suspect had entered into their vehicle parked at their residence in Ngerbekuu, Ngerbeched and stole their clothes and a laundry basket. The case is under investigation for Theft.
At 4:49 p.m. on January 16, Central received a call reporting a one-car accident at Ked, Airai. Responding Officers learned that suspect Ramon Aguon, M/23 crashed his car onto a shipping container. Suspect was transported to the hospital for minor medical treatment. The case is under investigation for Reckless and Negligent Driving.
At 7:33 p.m. on January 1 6, victim walked into Central to fi le a complaint against suspect Mossin Miah, M/Adult regarding his employment agreement. Officers learned that suspect promised the victim while in Bangladesh that he was guaranteed a good job and free housing in Palau if he pays $6000, which the victim had pa id but the suspect had not lived up to the deal. This case is under investigations for violation of Human Trafficking.
At 9:05 p. m. on January 16, Central received a call reporting suspect Raymus Ngiramos, M/Adult arguing and wanting to fight an individual at Dngeronger, Koror. Responding Officers learned that suspect is a Behavioral Health patient and has been transported to Behavioral Health for treatment.

At 8: 16 a.m. on January 17, Police Officer cal led Central reportin g suspect Malas E. Tenneteet, M/Adu lt was driv ing on the road and d isobeyed an Officer in Traffic. The suspect was cited for Disobeying Officer in Traffic.
At 9:40 a.m. on January 17, victim called central reporting an unknown suspect had shot her dog. Responding Officers learned that the dog was shot on the right hip possibly by a pellet gun. The case is under investigation for Animal Cruelty.
At 2:44 p.m. on January 17, Central received a call reporting a minor traffic accident at the Parking Lot of Bank of Guam in Medalaii. Responding Officers learned that there were no injuries and that both vehicles were backing out from the parking lot when they collided to one another. Both suspects Tyrel Neal Isidoro, M/21 and Alice S. Tabelual, F/55 were issued active citations for Reckless and Negligent Driving.
At 8:50 p.m. on January 17, Central received a call from Ngerbodel, Koror reporting suspect Willy Will “Delngeli i” Reklai, M/27 making loud noises in the area. Responding Officer arrested, booked and confined the suspect for Disorderly Conduct.
At 9:30 p.m. on January 17, Central received a call from a residence in Meas-Meketii, reporting a MlAdult had hanged himself on a doorknob. Responding Officers immediately checked for signs of life, but unfortunately the individual had no pulse and appeared to have passed away. The case has been transferred to the Criminal Investigations Division for further investigations.

At 1:20 p.m. on January 18, a victim walked into Central reporting a threaten ing incident that occurred on January 13, 2018 at a secondary road to/from Ngesekes next to Garden Palace Hotel. Accord ing to the v ictim, while he was walking on the road, a car drove by and almost run over his foot. The vehicle stopped and an unknown suspect got out and started threaten ing the victim and later drove away. The case is under investigation for Terrori stic Threatening.
At 1:45 p.m. on January 18, Central received a call reporting suspect Alister Rechemang Franz, M/24 was drunk and belligerent at PCS Store area in Meyuns, Koror. Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined the suspect for Disorderly Conduct.
At 6:26 p.m . on January 18, Central received a call reporting a theft at Ngerkesou , Ngchesar. According to the victim, on January 17, 201 8 he went home and noticed the main door was forcibly opened and his 9ft by 2ft freezer was missing. The case is under investigation for Theft and Property Damage.
At 8:20 p.m. on January 18, Central received a call reporting suspect Mcloud Ngiraikelau, M/41 was drunk and bothering people at Yasui Store at the Old Neco Building. Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined the suspect for Disorderly Conduct.
At 10:50 p.m. on January 18, Central received a call reporting a fight at the intersect ion in Dngeronger. Responding Officers arrested suspect Joel Arenas Munoz, M/53 for Disorderly Conduct. Suspect was booked and confined.
At 11: 15 p.m. on January 18, Central received a call reporting a hit and run traffic accident at Ernguul highway near Three-D Motel. According to witnesses, an unknown suspect swiped off the rear tail gate of a PPUC truck dismounting the lock of the gate and drove away. The case is under investigation for Reckless and Negligent Driving.

At 12: 15 Midnight on January 19, Central received a call reporting a male individual drunk and urinating on the middle of the road near the Post Office Ernguul Road. Responding Officers identified the suspect as Harnet Kadoi, M/41. Suspect was arrested, booked and confined for Disorderly Conduct.
At 1:19 a.m. on January 19, Central received a call reporting suspect Regan Sidoi, M/34 arguing with an individual and wanting to fight. Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined the suspect for
Disorderly Condu ct, Property Damage, Assaulting Police Officer, Terroristic Threatening in the I 51 Degree and Resisting Arrest.
At 1 :43 a.m. on January 19, a victim walked into Central reporting suspect Yu Yang Yong, MlAdult had assaulted him at work. Responding Officers learned that both the suspect and the victim were involved and will be charged for assault. The case is under investigation for Assault in the 3rd Degree.
At 4:25 p.m. on January 19, Central received a call on behalf of victims requesting Pol ice Assistance to Ngesao l, Koror. Respond ing Officers learned that suspects Xu Gong Wei, M/3 1 and Jun Ming, M/33 had promised victims jobs in Palau and took their money and Passports. So far, the victims had no jobs and money, and the suspects refused to return their passports. This case is under investigation for Labor and Human Traffick ing Violations.
At 5:55 p.m. on January 19, Central received a call requesting medical transportation of a victim in front of PIDC Store in Topside. Respond i ng Officers learned that the victim fell and hurt his face after an unknown suspect pushed him. The victim was transported to Emergency Room where he was treated. This case is under investigation for Assault in the 3rd Degree and Disorderly Conduct.
At 9: I 0 p.m. on January 19, Central received a call reporting an individual who went to Deskel Market WCTC and beat up one of its employees. Respond ing Officers learned that suspects Rubeang Kuki ut, MlAdult and Jemmy Isaac, MlAdult walked into the store and suspect Kukiut beat up the victim. This case is under investigation for violation of Families Protection Act and Assault in the 3rd Degree.

At 3:34 a.m. on Jan uary 20, Central received a call reporting an individual drunk and argui ng with workers of KTV Restaurant in Meketii, Koror. Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined suspect David Olkeriil, M/58 for Disorderly Conduct.
At 3:40 a.m. on January 20, Central received a call reporting suspect Jlabsis, MlAdult was drunk and making loud noises at Meyuns, Koror. Respond ing Officers learned that suspect had fled the area and nowhere to be seen. The case is under investigation for Disorderly Conduct.
At 4:24 a.m. on January 20, victim called Central reporting that she had crashed her car and needs Pol ice assistance. Respond ing Officers learned that the victim drove her car off the road and that no injuries were reported. The case is under investigation for Reckless and Neligent Driving.
At 4:46 a.m. on January 20, Central received a call reporting a traffic accident in front of PCS Community Store in Meyuns, Koror. Respond ing Officers learned that an unknown suspect collided onto the victim’s vehicle and fled the scene. No injuries were reported. At 5:44 a.m. on January 20, Central received a call reporting a traffic accident in front of I.A Building in Medalaii, Koror. Responding Officers learned that suspect John Gibbons, M/70 crashed onto the victim’s vehicle. The case is under investigation for Reckless and Negligent Driving/Driving under the Influence.
At 2:00 p.m. on January 20, a Pol ice Officer called Central reporting suspect Fanes Denziro, M/60 was driving recklessly on Topside Highway and had parked at Topside Blue Bay Gas Station. Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined the suspect for Driving under the Influence, and Reckless and Negligent Driving.
At 6:40 p.m. on January 20, victim called Central reporting suspect Scott Chiokai, M/Adult had crashed onto her vehicle at Ongiall, Meketi i and had left the area. Responding Officers learned that suspect had fled the area and on the lookout. The case is under investigation for Reckless and Negligent Driving.
At 7:00 p.m. on January 20, victim called Central reporting a vehicle that had hit her car and fled the area. Responding Officers learned that the car was possibly driven by suspect Derion Ngirarikel, MlAdult. This case is under investigation for Reckless and Negligent Driving.
At 7:46 p.m. on January 20, Central received a call reporting suspect Frank Ilabsis Thomas, M/39 was drunk and disorderly at a residence in Echol,Ngerkebesang. Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined the suspect for Disorderly Conduct.
At 9:09 p. m. on January 20, Central received a call from Ngebudel, Airai regarding a two-car accident. Respondi ng Officers learned that suspect Male/Minor collided to the rear left side section of the victim’s car and went off-road into the bushes. No injuries were reported. At 10:35 p.m. on January 20, Central received a call reporting a one-car accident at Ngetmeduch, Koror. Responding Officers learned that suspect Jeremy Davis, M/Ad u lt swerved off the road and plunged into the mangrove area near crocod ile farm. At 2:05 a.m. on January 21, Police Officers called Central and reported suspect Samuel, Iyar, M/20 threw a hard object (Heineken Beer Bottle) at a Police Car. The suspect attempted to throw again the second time, but Pol ice Officers were able to spot and detain him . The suspect was cited for Disorderly Conduct, Government Property Damage, Assaulti ng a Police Officer.
At 6: 13 a.m. on January 2 1, Central received a call reporting a vehicle accident across old Neco Building located at Idid, Koror. Responding Officers learned that an unknown suspect exited out from the intersection to T-Dock without clearing the way and collided onto the victim’s vehicle and fled the scene. No injuries were reported. The case is under investigation for Negligent and Reckless Driving.
At 3:40 p.m. on January 21, victim called Central and reported that he had been assaulted by a male Individual i n front of Kumangai Bakery at Dngeronger. According to the victim, the unidentified suspect stopped him on the road and asked him a question, once the victim answered, the suspect then punched his face then fled the area. The case is under investigation for Assault in the 3rd Degree.
At 6: 15 p.m . on January 21, Central received a call reporting a break-in at their residence in Ngetkib, Ai rai. Responding Officers learned that an unknown suspect gained entry at the back window and took away $300.00 USO and a Timex Watch. The case is under investigation for Burglary and Theft in the 3rd Degree.
At 11:55 p.m . on January 21, Central received a call reporting a vehicle parked on the middle of the road in T-Dock blocking the road. Responding Officers informed that the vehicle was unattended and the front wheel was dislocated . The vehicle was pulled to the side of the road. This case is under investigation for Reckless and Negligent Driving.

At 2:05 a.m. on January 22, Central received a call reporting an accident in front of the Old Neco Building. Responding Officers learned that suspect Lagomarsino N. Baules, M/30 collided onto the victims vehicle and on to the Street Light pole. The suspect was drunk, and so he was transported to the Police Station where he was booked and confined for Reck less and Negligent Driving and Driving Under the Influence.
At 3:55 a.m. on January 22, Central received a call reporting suspect Darwin Siasang Kaluu was asleep in his car and had already hit another parked car at Dolphin Pacific Dive Shop Parking lot. Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined the suspect for Reckless and Negligent Driving and Property Damage.
At 4:00 p.m. on January 22, Central received a call reporting two male minors caught for shoplifti ng at MJ Gift Shop. Suspects were esco11ed to the Police Station while their parents were called in to witness the charges. The case is pending further investigations for Theft in the 2″d Degree and Procession of Marijuana.
At 8: 11 p.m. on January 22, a victim walked into Central reporting suspect FlAdult had assaulted her at Taj Restaurant. According to the victim, this was the second time that the same incident had happened to her by the same suspect.
