The Palau Pacific Resort (PPR) has been a strong supporter of the Palau International Coral Reef Center’s (PICRC) Annual Arts and Tides Calendar. They have since consistently donated since 2006 and this year, PPR has donated $1000 to go towards the 2017 Arts and Tides Calendar.

PPR have been supporting PICRC for the past 15 years and they believe that the annual Arts and Tides Calendar contest is one of the biggest and most popular activity showcasing the creativity Palau’s students. They are happy to be a part of a young Palauan’s accomplishment because it provides an opportunity for each student to evolve and express themselves through the different themes every year.
The Palau Pacific Resort has been a long time advocate of Palau’s environmental conservation. They organize fun and educational activities involving guests and PPR employees to promote environmental protection above and below water like coral planting, clam planting, coastal clean ups, tree planting, and clean up at Ngerkebesang hamlet. The Palau Pacific Resort’s beach front is a Marine Protected Area (MPA) that houses many different species of marine life.
The Palau Pacific Resort is a premier 5-STAR Hotel in Palau for the past 31 years with 165 rooms decorated in an island motif setting. Over the years, they have delivered excellent service to the locals and visitors alike and establishing quite a reputation for themselves.
PICRC encourages individuals, companies, and community group donations to support the Annual Arts & Tides Calendar in promoting young Palauan’s learning about the environment through Art. The donations made will go towards the cost of preparation, production, and prizes for the winners. Your contribution can be claimed toward your tax write-off at the end of the year.
