Shame feeds GREED, PRIDE  and ENTITLEMENT

Greed, arrogance, and entitlement- cancer of the soul,  called Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD).

Narcissists are consumed with themselves. Wanting what they feel is best for them. They do not consider what is best for others. They will often get consumed with your money and are greedy when it comes to getting what they want you to provide for them. They are greedy about attention, praise, and their comfort. They see that others are in the world to serve their needs. Others are expected to give them whatever tQhey feel they need. They do not consider the damage they do, demanding what they feel entitled to, and they feel entitled to anything they want.

Narcissists often have an intense preoccupation with money, status, and personal gain, which can take priority over the needs of others. Research has shown that narcissists tend to be highly materialistic, driven by a sense of entitlement and a desire for admiration and validation from others. They may be willing to exploit or take advantage of others in order to accumulate wealth and possessions. At the same time, narcissists often have a limited ability to empathize with the feelings and perspectives of those around them, which can contribute to a disregard for the needs of others. However, it’s important to note that not all narcissists exhibit these traits to the same degree, and individual differences exist among those with narcissistic personality disorder.

Sometimes I wonder what cause this mental disorder. Is it a result of nature or nurture gone wrong?  Simply put, they’re immature. They need to grow up to be a mature adult sharing the air we breathe.

These are they that are consumed with me, myself and I. They are so filled with jealousy and envy. They will never be happy for you.  And they believe they deserve it all.

I believe Drug Dealers are greedy and arrogant. They play god by destroying young kids by controlling them with their merchandise. They feel powerful.

Money drives their greed. Greed also drives addiction that are self-destructive and couldn’t careless who they harm in the process. Addiction is to numb the pain and fill the emptiness within.

Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions’” (Luke 12:15).

1 John 2:16 For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world.

Shame makes them think they’re unworthy for God’s forgiveness so we go deeper into our self-destructive behavior.  But Jesus came for us to remind us that He created us and it’s in him that we find our worth. That’s how much he loves us. There’s no shame in love.
