Shimbros International has been a dedicated supporter of Palau International Coral Reef Center (PICRC) for more than 10 years.
Still today, they continue to be one of PICRC’s most dedicated supporters. Over the years, Shimbros has printed numerous banners, donated to the Arts and Tides Calendar Contest, and have been significant supporters of PICRC’s annual Anniversary Fundraising Dinner Gala.
This year, just like previous years, Shimbros did not hold back in their support for PICRC, playing a large role in the success of the 18th Anniversary held on Jan 17, 2019. During the dinner gala, Shimbros donated all the drinks that were served that evening. In addition to the drinks, they also donated a large banner with the Anniversary theme, “Building a Strong Foundation for a Resilient Future”, and the backdrop for the Anniversary Gala picture booth.
The Anniversary Gala is PICRC’s largest event of the year, aimed to raise funds to support PICRC’s research, outreach, and education work. It is also intended to provide a fun night for PICRC supporters to come together and celebrate Palau’s lead research Center. “We are grateful to Shimbros”, expresses PICRC Policy/Development Officer, Andrea Uchel. “They have remained a consistent supporter to the Center over the years and we know we can count on them for their support and partnership.
