Four ships are blocked from international ports under UN sanctions on North Korea and one of them flies the flag of Palau.
The ship registered under Palau is an oil tanker Billions 18 and all including three other ships are North Korean vessels.

UN Security Council sanctions target North Korea over its nuclear and missile program and are blocking vessels suspecting of circumventing those sanctions.
According to report, US has asked that 10 ships suspected of transporting banned cargoes be banned but China only accepted four, one of which is Palau flagged carrier.
So far, the UN has banned a total of eight ships from international ports. [/restrict]
