Senate Joint Resolution 11-36 called President Whipps to provide his State of the Republic Address on April 25th at 10:00 am at Ngerulmud.
This would be the 3rd SORA address issued by Whipps since he took office in 2020. In the first two SORAs, Whipps had reported his plans to improve government services, and seek new revenue streams for the government.
Halfway into his term, many are expecting him to report on his accomplishments. There is strong interest to hear this 3rd SORA.
