Ambassador Jessica Lee of the Republic of China (Taiwan) presented five stimulus grant checks of 10.1 million US dollars to Minister of Finance Kaleb Udui, Jr., as the last tranche of 2019 annual grant, the fifth tranche of 2020 annual grant and the third tranche of 2021 annual grant, the first tranche of 2022 annual grant and 2020 Clean Energy Project for the Ngarchamayong Cultural Center.

These grant are for the finding of Clean Energy Project and 57 projects including state/interstate roads, state parks, children playground projects, state government buildings, community centers, floating docks, waterlines design and improvement, gyms, heavy equipment purchase, small grant projects, independence day celebration, PCC Arts & Science Building, New Correction facility Construction, Palau High School Climate Change Control Projects, ROP UN Office purchase, National Archive improvement, Belau National Hospital public health road and parking resurfacing project, Airport custom inspection facility project and One Stop Shop.
