Sharing images of Lt. Francis Tkel during his orientation at JICA Chugoku Center in Hiroshima. Tkel is a participant of JICA’s Knowledge Co-Creation Program (KCCP), in particular, Maritime Safety and Security Policy Program (Master’s Program). This is a one-year course where Tkel will acquire advanced practical application management and problem-solving skills, analytical capability, and ability to communicate effectively in an international environment. He will have the ability to deal with international issues in a timely and appropriate manner. Finally, he and other participants will have built a network amongst themselves fostering mutual understanding.
