Oct 27, 2022 – PALAU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Palau –
U.S. Air Force (USAF) aircraft and Airmen will be conducting flight operations out of Palau International Airport for approximately the next two weeks to train the skills necessary to uphold a rules-based, free, open Indo-Pacific, announced U.S. Airforce public affairs.
The USAF delivers capabilities that protect the sovereignty of every nation, ensure the peaceful
resolution of disputes without coercion, promote free, fair, reciprocal trade, and preserve freedom of navigation and overflight.
The aircraft will not only demonstrate safe aircraft operations in Palau but also the ability to rapidly deploy to support Palau if needed.
Residents should be aware of increased noise while operations are taking place.
