At 10:14 a.m. on January 2, victims walked into Central and reported that their cars were vandalized at a parking lot of IA Apartment in Ikelau, Koror. Statements of the victim s were obtained and the case is under investigation for Property Damage in the 3rd Degree.

At 1 1:50 a.m. on Jan uary 2, victim called Central and reported that her vehicle was hit by suspect Natus Misch at their house in Keseblau, Airai. Responding Officers took pictures of the vehicle and the case is under investigation for Negligent and Reckless Driving.

At 12:5 I p.m . On January 2, Central received a call reporting that suspect Ramon Aguon, M/23 was terrorizing their house in Keseblau, Airai. Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined the suspect i n connection with the report. While doing the inventory search of the suspect at Koror Jai l, Police Officers discovered a suspected Methamphetamine Pipe found in the victim’s pocket, which was immediately transferred to Narcotics Enforcement Agency (NEA) Detectives for processing. The initial report is filed for Disorderly Conduct.

At 7:58 p.m. on January 2, Central received a call reporting an injured person in front of Penthouse Hotel in Ikelau, Koror. Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined suspect Pablo Ngitong, M/Adult. Suspect was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

At 2: I 0 a.m. on Jan uary 3, Central received  a call  reporting that suspect Jones  Sugraft Ngoriakl, MlAd u lt has threw a rock shuttering one of the windows of an MJ vehicle parked in front of MJ  Burger  111 Dngeronger, Koror. Police Officers are on the lookout for the suspect for a case of Property  Damage.

At 2: 14 a.m. on January 3, Central received a call reporting a traffic accident on the highway i n front of Belau Nationa l Hospital in Meyuns. Responding Officers performed a Field Sobriety Test on suspect Jungrae Kim, M/48 in which he failed.  Suspect was escorted to Koror Jail where he was booked and confined for Driving under the Influence (DUI) and Reckless & Negligent Driving.

At 6:15 a.m. on January 3, Central received a call reporting suspect Jones Sugraft Ngoriakl, M/Adult had threw a rock braking the refrigerator in Budget Mart II at Medalaii, Koror. Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined the suspect for Property Damage.

At 11:42 a.m. on January 3, Central received a call reporting Police assistance at a residence in Sechemus, Koror. Responding Officers learned that suspect Pualine Arbedul; F/Adult went home and started arguing and fighting with the victim. This case is under investigation for violation of the Families Protection Act (FPA).

 

At 12:31 p.m. on J anuary 3, Central received a call reporting missing Outboard Engine parts at PPUC Office in Malakai , Koror. Respond ing Officers ­­learned that (2) Lower Unit and (2) Propellers were missing from a 29 footer PPUC boat. Total worth of the missing items i s $10,755.53. This case is under investigation for Theft.

At 12:47 p.m. on January 3, Central received a call reporting a car that had h it a house i n Kesebelau, Airai. Responding Officers learned that suspect; Yuanne Thomas F/38 drove off-control and hit a post of the victim ‘s house causing damage. Suspect was cited for Reckless & Negligent Driving, Property Damage, Reckless Endangerment , and Disorderly Conduct.

At 5:15 p.m . on January 3, Central received a call reporting a fight at  Topside Blue Bay  Gas  Station. Responding Officers learned that suspect I-Jesus Ngiraitpang; M/Adult was drunk and attempted to h i t the victim with a pipe. Suspect was booked and confined for Disorderly Conduct.

At l 0:0 I a.m. on January 4, Central received a cal l reporti ng Palau  High  School boys fightin g in  front of Best Mart 11 in Ngerbeched. Respondi ng Officers learned that the suspects had fled the scene, but the v ictim was still at the location. Later, suspect Decherong; M/Adu l t was standing nearby Deskel Mall in Ngerbeched holding a Machete. Victim prov ided h is statement and was released later. This case is under investigation for Assault in the 3rd Degree.

At 3: 17 p.m. on January 4, Central received a call reporting a traffic accident at KB Bridge. Responding Officers learned that suspect Emiliano Angel; M/62 collided into the rear of the victim ‘s vehicle causing damage. Suspect is cited for Traffic Accident.

At 12:01 Midnight on January 5, Patrolling Officers called Central and repo1ted a vehicle speeding and recklessl y overtaking cars at Ernguul Main Road from Topside toward   IIdid. Responding Officers stopped suspect Chamberlain Ngiralmau; M/49 for the said report. Suspect failed the Field Sobriety Test and was arrested, booked and confined for Negligent & Reckless Driving and DUI.

At 4:45 p.m . on January 5, Victims walked into Central reporting a burglary incident that occurred in their residence at Tebad el, Aimeliik. According to the victim, someone entered into their house and stole a steel safe in their bedroom. The case is under investigation for Burglary, Theft, and Criminal Trespass.

At 11:05 p.m . on January 5, victim called Central reporting suspect Joahanes Recehtuker, M/42 drunk and making noise at victim ‘s residence in Meyuns. Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined the suspect for Disorderly Conduct.

  At 12: 15 Midnight on January 6, Pol ice Officer called Central reporting a vehicle parked in the middle of the road in front of Pares’s Restaurant blocking the lane. Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined the suspect Shu Xu, M/24 for Unlawfully Parked Vehicle, Working Permit Not in Procession, and Disorderly Cond uct.

At 12:55 Midnight on January 6, Central received a call reporting a vehicle accident in Malakai next to Blue Bay Office. Responding Officer learned that suspect Gerald Ringang; M/23 drove off-road and collided onto the fence of the Blue Bay Office damaging the fence post and a galvanize water pipe. The case is under investigation for Reckless & Negligent Driving, Property Damage, and DUI.

At 1:10 a.m. on January 6, Central received a call reporting an individual punching cars at the intersection to SLC at Madalaii . Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined suspect Roger Santos, M/39 for Disorderly  Conduct.

At 3:10 a.m. on January 6, a Pol ice Officer called Central and reported suspect Nazeline Ngirchokebai , F/38 drunk and bothering at Emergency Room i n Meyuns, Koror. Suspect was arrested, booked and confined for Disorderly Conduct.

At 3: 10 a.m. on January 6, Central received a call reporting a vehicle accident at Skozio, Meyu ns. Responding Officers learned that suspect Saka Clarence; M/24 side-swiped the victim’s vehicle coming up toward the main road. Suspect was booked and confined for Reckless & Negligent Driving.

At 3: 15 a.rm. on January 6, reporter called Central reporting that someone is trying to open a door at the Palau Supreme Court while they were inside cleaning. Responding Officers arrested suspect Hesus Towai; M/54 and escorted him to the Station where he was booked and confined for Disorderly Conduct.

At 4:30 a.rm. on January 6, Central received a call reporting suspect Nickasio Kintaro; M/30 very drunk and bothering at a residence in Ngerbodel,  Koror. Suspect was arrested, booked and confined for Disorderly Conduct.

At 10:00 a.m. on January 6, a reporter walked into Central reporting a theft that occurred at a job site at Malakai area by Kemba. According to the reporter, someone stole one of the signal light while he was busy directing traffic. Stolen Item: Blue and Red Battery powered Flashing Signal Light. This case is under investigation for Theft.

At 1:25 p.m. on January 6, victim walked into Central reporting suspect Jalil Jalil, M/Adult struck the victim’s hand causing a mi nor bruise on her left hand. The case is under investigation for Assault.

At 2:35 p.m. on January 6, Central received a call reporting a theft at Best Mart Store in Ngerbeched. Respond ing Officers learned that an unknown suspect asked to buy a PSP Game and when asked to pay at the cashier, suspect fled out the door. Stolen Item: PSP Game, Sony Brand, Black Color, Worth $335 USD. This case is under i nvestigation for Theft.

  At 1: 00 a.m. on January 7, Central received a call reporting a fight at a residence in Peleliu. A Police Officer responded and learned that suspect Jessica Okada, F/Ad u lt was arguing with the victim and ended up beating the victim with a glass louver. The case is under investigation for violation  of Families Protection Act and Assau lt in the 3rd Degree.

At 2:48 a.m. on January 7, a Pol ice Officer called Central reporting a vehi cle that nearly coll ided to their Patrol Un it at Medalaii Highway in front of CIP Office. Responding Officers conducted a Field Sobriety Test on the suspect Danna Santiago, F/52 in which she fai led. Suspect was booked and confined  for Reckless & Negligent Driving and DUI.

At 3:43 a.m. on Jan uary 7, Centra l received a call reporting Ngerbeched boys fighting at a residence in Airai. Responding Officers learned that the fight has stopped and suspects, A lkumang, MlAdu lt; Balkuu, M/Ad ult; Jay, MlAd u lt; and other unidentified boys had fled the area. About an hour later, the suspects arrived at the location again and threw rocks at the residence and fled the scene. Police are on the lookout for the suspects for Assau lt in the 3rd Degree.

At 5: 14 a.m. on January 7, Central received a call reporting suspect Vincent Ebelbal Manahan, M/23 drunk and makin g noise bothering the residents. Responding Officers arrested, booked and confined the suspect for Disorderly Conduct.

At 5:56 a.m. on January 7, Central received a call reporting a Traffic Accident at Ordomel, Airai. Responding Officers learned that suspect Sika Metes, MlAdult was driving at a high rate of speed and collided onto two vehicles causing the other vehicle colliding to another parked vehicle. The case is under investigation for Reckless endangering and Reckless & Negligent Driving.

At 8:53 a.m. on January 7, Central received a call reporting theft at the Catholic Church Parking lot. Responding Officers learned that an unknown suspect entered into the victim’s vehicle and had stolen cash worth $42.00 and some coins along with a Huawei cell phone worth $90.00. The case is under investigation for Theft and Unauthorized Entry.

At  10:08 a.m. on January 7, a victim walked into Central reporting that h is Cedar Bike 50cc Motor Moped, Black Color went missing the night before in Ngerbeched. This case is under investigation for Theft.

At I: 53 p.m. on January 7, Central received a call reporting that suspect Jemy Isaac, M/25 had stolen a cell phone belonging to a victim. Responding Officers had recovered the cell phone and the suspect had been charged with theft.

At 5:00 p.m. on January 7, victims walked into Central reporting suspect Elena Vito Dancel a.k.a Lenny, F/Adult and Scott Daniel, MlAd ult. According to the victims, Ms. Dancel took $300 from both victims for work permit. One of the victims stated that he still have not received a work permit after 7 months while the other suspect Scott Daniel, M/Adult took a $100 from him and sti l l have not released his work perm it. This case is under investigation for Human Trafficking and Labor Trafficking.

  At 8:43 a.m. on January 8, a victim called Central reporting that suspect Sorch Meyar, F/Adult attacked her while her five year old son was sitting at the back of the car at a residence in Meyuns. Responding Officers learned that the suspect had left the area and so the case is under investigation for Assau lt in the 3rd Degree.

At 11:23 a.m. on January 8, Central received a report regarding a traffic accident on Ernguul Highway in front of the Post Office. Responding Officers learned that the suspect Harumi Ueda, M/Adult failed to clear the main highway upon entering and collided to the victim’s vehicle. Suspect was charged with Reckless and Negligent Driving.

At 2:56 p.m. on January 8, Central received a call reporting an assault that occurred at Koror Elementary School. Responding Officers learned that both the victim and the suspect were Minors and got into a fight on Campus grounds. Suspect, M/Minor was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree.

At 4:23 p.m. on January 8, Central received a call repo1ting suspect Sheilla, F/Adult arrived at Koror Elementary School cursing the victim, M/Minor and made comments on slapping him. Responding Officers took statement of the victim and other witnesses in the area at the time. This case is under investigation for Terroristic Threatening and Disorderly Conduct.

At 7:05 p.m. on January 8, a victim called Central reporting her husband (suspect) Wesley Metes, M/Adult was drunk and threatened to hurt their kids in Kesebelau, Airai. Responding Officers escorted the suspect to the Police Station where he was booked and confined for Threatening, Disorderly Conduct and Violation of the Families Protection Act.

At 8:47 p.m. on January 8, Central received a call from a victim reporting that suspect Rechucher, M/Adult had been calling his residence in Airai and cursing bad words. Responding Officers learned that the phone number is an Airai area code. The suspect was called by the Police and warned him of a citation if he calls the victim’s residence again. The case is under investigation.

At 9:30 on January 8, a Police Officer called Central and reported kids (Minors) riding their bikes without lights for safety in front of Bank of Hawaii in Ngerbeched. Responding Officers learned that the kids were on their way to the store and straight back home again.

At 9:35 p.m. . on January 8, Central received a call from a reporter requesting Police assistance in locating her husband (suspect) possibly drunk and had taken their car driving around. Responding Officers located the vehicle and suspect Sorens, M/Adult and escorted him and the vehicle to their residence in Ngerkebesang.

At   I 0: 19 p.m .  on  January  8, Central  received   a  call  reporting  suspect  Ilabsis,  M/Adult  is  drunk  and disorderly at a neighborhood in Ngerkebesang. Responding Officers learned that the suspect has left the area and will continue to be on the lookout for the suspect.  The case is under investigation for Disorderly Conduct. [/restrict]
