4 convicted of sex crimes against minors

Eight inmates were released after having served a third of their sentence confirmed Chairman Balkuu Sandario of the Palau Parole Board.

Of the eight, four were convicted of sex crimes against minors and their cases are sealed from public. Other four were for assaults and robbery.
Paroled prisoners are Zylden Yano who was convicted of grand larceny, Hadley Henok for Robbery and Aggravated Assault, Jason Nagata for Manslaughter and Florencio Ngiraremiang for Assault and Battery. Other paroled but whose cases are sealed due crimes against minors include Fix Edwight, Uchellas Ngirachitei, Facy Kuksang Tatsuo and Edwin Bemert.
According to Parole Board Chairman Sandario, the inmates become eligible for parole after having served a third of their sentence and they are released with conditions. [/restrict]
