Inmate Amador Misch has been charged with the rape of a minor female inmate held in the Department of Corrections juvenile section, an incident reported on January 4, 2023. He is charged with Sexual Assault in the First Degree, a Class A Felony offense punishable by imprisonment of up to 25 years or a fine of up to $25,000 or both.
Police reports accompanying the charges allege that Amador has been entering the juvenile’s inmate’s cell to rape her since November of 2022. Amador, a convicted murderer and rapist, is in jail, serving time for the crimes he had committed but had managed to obtain access to the juvenile’s room in the juvenile section of the Koror Jail to rape the juvenile.
In a related case, a former police officer Monica Rsei is charged with Sexual Assault in the Second Degree for allegedly “knowingly subjected an imprisoned person, a juvenile at the juvenile section in the Division of Corrections” to rape by a male inmate, Amador Misch. The charge is also a Class A Felony. She is also charged with Criminal Conspiracy, a Class B Felony, punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment or a fine of up to $25,000 dollar.
In the report, the juvenile victim alleged that Officer Rsei brought inmate Amador and let Amador into the cell to rape her. She claimed that Rsei told her not to refuse “because he will hurt her.” She further alleged that after Amador finished with her, he would knock, and Officer Rsei would open the cell door to let him out.
Another female inmate Sayuri Okada reported an incident where she was placed in the juvenile victim’s cell due to an argument with another inmate and alleged that Rsei told her to leave the cell and allowed Amador into the juvenile’s cell to rape the victim.
Defendant Rsei pled not guilty to all the charges. Inmate Amador Misch is in jail awaiting the trial date of this new case of rape.
