Ambassador Akira Karasawa was invited as a guest speaker on the first day of the Senate’s twelfth regular session of tenth Olbiil Era Kelulau on October 8.

Ambassador Karasawa expressed his gratitude for being invited as a guest speaker. In summary, he talked about the friendship between Palau and Japan, which has lasted more than 100 years, and said that he would like to commit himself for the further development of the relation of both countries.
