Ngaraard, Palau – On February 19, 2025, to strengthen civic awareness and youth participation in governance, the Division of State and Community Affairs, Bureau of Domestic Affairs, in partnership with the Ngaraard State Government, hosted a Governance Clinic for youth of Ngaraard State at Bai ra Choll. This program aims to educate the youth about the Constitution of Ngaraard State and their roles in shaping their state’s future.
The Governance Clinic provides a platform for participants to learn about their rights and responsibilities under the state constitution. Through interactive sessions, young attendees engaged in discussions about the importance of constitutional awareness and its role in shaping their community’s future. The event emphasized the significance of youth involvement in governance processes, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility among the younger generation.
