September 26, 2016 (Koror) Calvin Ikesiil wins the seat of Meketii legislator in Koror State Legislature according to unofficial results of tabulation from Palau Election Commission.

The election to fill the seat vacated due to untimely passing of former legislator Augusto Ngirmang, was conducted at the same time as the national primary election.
Five other candidates include Bernice Ngirkelau, Don Bukurrou, Andres Ngirkelau, Gerald Tulop and Kenjiro Dengokl. [/restrict]
