A private company based in Palau donated $3,000 to the Belau Triathlon Federation (BTF) to support its hosting of a triathlon event that aims to bring Taiwanese and Japanese triathletes to compete in Palau along with locally based athletes on November 9 and 10.

IP&E, one of the leading petroleum and energy companies in Palau, had presented a check to the BTF on February 18 in its bid to support promotion of sports in the country. The company has been an active supporter of different local programs.

IP&E’s Rodrigo Misajon personally handed the check to BTF President Pascuana Flowers, Vice President Paul Zipagan, and Christabel Krys Gbewonyo on February 18 at the IP&E office in Malakal.
