November 5, 2017 (Ngaraard, Palau) A man was found dead in his house in Ulimang hamlet of Ngaraard State on Sunday, November 5, 2017.

The 46 year old man, identified as Howard Marciano, was found early morning in his house hanged. Police estimate the time of dead to be in the early hours of the morning.
The case is suspected to be suicide although there was no other information indicating reason for suicide. This would be the second suicide incident in Ngaraard this year. The case is still under investigation. [/restrict]
