The Palau Visitors Authority (PVA) One Stop Shop program is now officially called ‘Alii Pass program’.
The name change is to distinguish the National Government’s One Stop Shop building program from PVA’s program.
The work behind the Palau Visitors Authority Alii Pass program was piloted in 2018. Since then, the Alii Pass program has welcomed two innovative tours with Airai state and Ngarchelong state and continues to expand.
In spite of the name change, the aim behind this program remains to widen the lens of a visitor’s perspective of Palau. PVA envisions a future where states in Babeldaob can also profit substantially from the tourism industry as well as showcase Palau’s rich culture and traditions.
PVA expresses wish to work with state governments to create unique and quality experiences for visitors where sustainability, culture, and adventure intersect.
Palau has limited options for these types of tours, PVA is dedicated to changing that certainty. (PR)
