PNCC has scheduled technical upgrade work on the PalauCel cellular system in preparation for the launch of 4G service in the coming months.

There will be two planned temporary outages of all PalauCel mobile phone services: from 4:30 AM to 6:30 AM on Tuesday July 11, and again on Thursday, July 13, from 4:30 AM to 6:30 AM.
Additional planned outages for the 4G upgrade project may be required at a later date, and will be announced to the public.
