OUTGOING ATTORNEY GENERAL DESIGNATES HIS ACTING

The outgoing Attorney General of the Republic of Palau John M. Bradley has duly designated Evan Robbins to be the acting attorney general.

In a letter, Mr. Bradley instructed Mr. Evans to take up the role as acting, following a decision to resign from his job earlier.

 

“You shall serve in that position until the conclusion of the President’s current term of office or until     he appoints your replacement, whichever occurs first”, he said.

 

The letter was copied to H.E Tommy E. Remengesau, Vice President Bells and Ministers of the executive on November 10. [/restrict]
