#pacificunite concert, put together by United Nations Pacific, is the first of its kind having a saving lives concert made in uniting the pacific island during these challenging times of covid-19.
Kendall Titimel, palauanartist , was featured in the virtual concert being held in fiji, with many other artist across the pacific.
Kendall and President Remengesau were both featured in the virtual concert sending the same message of “Palau stands with you”.
President Remengesau amongst many official representatives of these island were featured in the live streaming concert in sending message of encouragement and love across the pacific.
President Remengesau said “ No region on earth is as connected as the pacific. Where we are by ties of culture, history and friendship.”
President Remengesau also points out how the new norm on covid-19 has made it a prior need to work towards our pacific objectives saying “ As we face Covid-19, there is no region on earth, as dedicated to a joint response with covid, as with climate change, the Pacific states are in this fight together. In a strange way covid -19 has cleared paths to these objectives.”
A wonderful event the watch party that was held PICRIC was, seeing everyone with their families and friends there to enjoy this event with a special live performance by Kendall himself.
