BRUSSELS (OACPS/PACNEWS) —The Secretary-General of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS), Georges Rebelo Chikoti, has congratulated Palau for signing the Samoa Agreement at the OACPS Secretariat in Brussels.
Doreen DeBrum, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Republic of Marshall Islands in Geneva, signed the Samoa Agreement on behalf of the Republic of Palau.
