Palau National Communications Corporation (PNCC) received criticisms from customers for reported 4G Data and home net connection problems.
Customers took it to the social media to complain about the services.
On April 15, PNCC issued a notice sent to mobile phones of subscribers informing the public about the temporary impairment of Homenet and Wifi login page.
According to the notice, technicians are already working to restore their full service.
In a printed public announcement, the PNCC stated that the impairment is caused by a malfunction on a piece of equipment in the internal network.
“PNCC technicians are working with off-island technical support to fully restore services for the HomeNet and WiFi log-in page as soon as possible,” the public announcement read.
“PNCC sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this temporary service impairment may have caused, and we thank you for your patience and understanding,” it added. (Rhealyn C. Pojas/Reporter)
