At the meet-the-press forum held last night, the two presidential candidates answered barrage of questions from different reporters in a space of an hour, and in doing so revealed their stances on number of important issues facing the nation.
The questions did not follow any particular category, rather they covered matters from national to personal. The most of questions asked for their specific response to certain issues upon becoming a president rather than what they thought of the issues.
Not surprising, the forum revealed similarities between the candidates than differences. Difference was clearly in their personal outlooks and approaches to the issues rather than on specific solutions, for which they shared many similar ideas.
See below summary of their responses to some of the key questions posed to both candidates.
