Revised Rules Implementing Separation of Justices out for comments

Chief Justice issued public notice that proposed Rules Implementing the Separation of the Justices of the Appellate Division has been amended since receiving comments from public in April of 2016.

The notice informed the public the comments on these revised proposed rules will be solicited until December 31, 2016.
