Unofficial results of the Angaur State General Election held yesterday, shows Steven R. Salii winning the gubernatorial seat by 48 votes over incumbent governor Kennosuke Suzuky.  The total votes cast was 187, and absentee ballots haven’t been counted.

The top five vote-getters for the five legislature seats are Argagius Yamada with 140 votes, Beches Leo Gulibert with 138, Audry Rafael with 126, and Jake Ramon and Andrea Naivana with 104 votes each.  The number six vote-getter was Joshua Lewis, with 89 votes.  Telei Javis Marsil, a write-in, got 46 votes.

Angaur constitution only seeks five (5) At Large Legislators, and the top five above have a fair chance of maintaining their positions after receiving the absentee ballots.
