Keaton Micah Soalablai, Information Technician at the Republic of Palau Postal Service, has been accepted to attend a JICA KCCP Training in Tokyo, Japan.  The Knowledge Co-creation Program is called Enhancement of Postal Infrastructure System Using Digital Technologies. 

Through this program, participants will deepen their understanding of the Japanese postal infrastructure system and to improve the ability of formulating and promoting policies to solve issues related to the postal infrastructure system in the participants’ countries.  The training will be held on September 3 to the 14 at JICA Tokyo International Center.
