Ambassador Wallace Chow of the Republic of China (Taiwan) to the Republic of Palau, made donations to Apostolic Foundation Church’s field trip learning and Ngaraboes Association’s first ever Ngiwal Women’s Conference on Friday, March 5.
Taiwan Embassy hopes with these small grants, the two organizations will conduct very successful programs and provide the opportunities for the Palauan youth and women to build up leadership, team work skill and preserve the wisdom of traditional life and the balance of environment.
