On the first day of the Sixth Regular Session on Tuesday, April 12, the Honorable Hokkons Baules, President of the Senate, presiding officers and all members of the Senate welcomed H.E. Ilana Seid, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Palau to the United Nations to the Olbiil Era Kelulau in Ngerulmud, Melekeok.
During the session, Ambassador Seid’s appointment to serve as a Non-Resident Ambassador of the Republic of Palau to the State of Israel was confirmed by the Senate by secret ballot of 13 yes and zero no.
